EmailFiler is licensed per user, with flexible monthly billing for teams whose usage changes over time, and a discounted annual option for organisations that prefer to pay in advance. Each licensed user can install EmailFiler on up to two computers, such as a desktop and laptop.
Monthly plan
Billed monthly based on the number of unique users who used EmailFiler during the previous calendar month.

Monthly subscriptions are billed from recorded EmailFiler usage. Each month, your organisation is charged for the number of unique users who used EmailFiler during the previous calendar month. Annual subscriptions are paid in advance and are based on the number of users selected when you subscribe.
