EmailFiler is designed to be simple for everyday Outlook users, while still giving IT teams the information they need for deployment, licensing and organisation folder management.

Requirements

  • Windows desktop or laptop.
  • Microsoft Outlook desktop app.
  • Organisation filing locations available to the user.
  • Supported destinations include Outlook folders, Public Folders, local or shared file locations, and SharePoint sites.
  • View Microsoft 365 Public Folder setup guidance.

Licensing

  • Per-user subscription.
  • Each licensed user can install EmailFiler on up to two computers.
  • Organisation key used to activate the add-in.
  • Monthly and annual payment options.

Administration

  • Manage users and licences.
  • Remove users who no longer need access.
  • Control who can administer organisation folder settings.
  • Cancel subscription from the account area.
